In the Summer the babbling spring and the crystal clear lake invites you to enjoy some refreshment. In the winter the falling snow tempts you to go exploring together, run about and throw sticks.

We welcome man’s best friend here. Our hotel on the Wilder Kaiser is a place for all the family and that includes dogs too of course! Our special dog offers tempt you to come to the breath-taking Kitzbühel Alps, where owner and four-legged friends alike get to relax, enjoy and discover the many and varied activities available.
Go outside!
Certainly, your beloved dogs are warmly welcomed in our establishment. However, to ensure that all guests feel equally comfortable, we kindly ask for your understanding that, out of consideration for other guests, our four-legged friends are not permitted in the dining room, buffet area, kids' club, or the Kaiser-SPA. Restrictions are also in place within our garden areas.
In order to ensure that all guests can fully enjoy their stay, particularly out of respect for others, including those with allergies, we respectfully request that dogs refrain from occupying chairs, garden loungers, or sofas.
Should you wish to explore the surroundings, our reception can provide you with recommendations for delightful walks through the forests and meadows of Scheffau. Additionally, right by the entrance, you'll find a dog station to assist you with daily walks.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to swim in our bathing pond or in the beach area of Hintersteiner See. Regarding the freedom of movement for dogs, we kindly ask that they be kept on a leash, please.
Please note, besides our standard dog fee, there may be additional cleaning charges applicable on-site.
Additionally, upon request, you can receive waste bags, cleaning towels, a food bowl, and a dog blanket for your faithful companion - we're happy to take care of your pet's well-being so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

Dog Walk
Going for walkies with Hedi
This is the very place for those of you who want to do a bit of work on cohesion with your dog. ‘Pack Walk’ is more than just going for walkies. The aim of this training is to create harmony between dog and owner. Together with Hedi from Ellmau you get to explore the loveliest walkie routes. On request we can provide information about available dates.
